Enemies felt that Iran would weaken, remove misunderstanding: Iranian leader Larijani

Tehran. There has been a change of power in Iran after the death of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. His son Mojtaba Khamenei has been elected the new Supreme Leader of the country, after which a new enthusiasm is being seen among the supporters of the Islamic government of Iran. This change has also been strongly welcomed in the political circles of Iran. The Speaker of Parliament and several senior leaders as well as the Assembly of Experts have appealed to the countrymen to remain united towards the new leader. Senior leader Ali Larijani said on this occasion that the enemies thought that Iran would weaken after Ali Khamenei, but the selection of a new leader through the legal process has proved the strength of the country.
As soon as the new supreme leader took office, Iran has taken its military aggression against Israel to its peak. Meanwhile, it is also being claimed about Mojtaba Khamenei that he has been injured in the current war situation, although its official confirmation or detailed description has not been revealed yet. Within hours of Mojtaba Khamenei’s announcement of leadership, Iran has launched a large number of drones towards not only Israel but also Saudi Arabia. Iran’s most powerful military body, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, has expressed its unwavering loyalty to the new Supreme Leader. The IRGC has issued an official statement saying that it will fully follow the ‘divine orders’ of Mojtaba Khamenei and is ready to sacrifice even its life in a possible war with the US. On the war front, the IRGC has released videos claiming that Israel and other regional targets have been attacked with modern missiles such as Khorramshahr, Fatah, Khyber and Kadr. Seeing the intensity of these attacks, America has sent its third aircraft carrier George Bush towards Iran to strengthen its hold in the region. Tension in the Gulf region has escalated to such an extent that at least 32 people were injured by Iranian drone strikes in Bahrain on Monday morning, while the armies of Kuwait and Qatar have also confirmed to stop missile and drone attacks. Analysts believe that Mojtaba Khamenei’s regime will further hardline Iran’s policies, making its stance against the US and Israel likely to be tougher than ever.
